“ Quite simply one of the best places to eat and relax for lunch in town. The food is delicious and service is perfect. The location is ideal and just off the street for a bit of peace while you still have people passing by above you if you choose to watch them. I ordered fish, some white wine, and desert. All excellent. ”

“ I haven't eaten filet mignon in a long time and I decided to go for it. Very tender and grilled to temperature, a fine and filling piece of meat. At 100 reais ($20) it was the most expensive item on the menu. Accompanied by homemade gnocchi which were fluffy and also filling. It came slathered in a creamy sauce that I found to be gloppy and too rich, but I think that's the way people around here like it. They're happy to package up whatever you can't eat, to go, the portions are large. We'd never seen Madeira sauce on a fish dish, and they also prepare this here. Seems to be a trendy place with good word-of-mouth and a short queue of diners soon appeared. ”

We definitely recommend their Moqueca dish for 2 people. It was much better than another place we tried. The gnocchi are good as well.
